It is important to know, however, that not all data can be recovered. In
many cases the information on the drive, disk or tape has been destroyed
by software, hardware or physical damage to the components.

Technology will attempt to evaluate if data can be recovered first through
software. If this fails then we will need to open up the drive in a clean
room and replace components as required. These steps are necessary to
determine the outcome of the recovery.
You
understand that the data may not be recoverable but would like to proceed
with this evaluation and or recovery. You agree not to hold TLC Technology
or any of its employees responsible if the data cannot be recovered.
